Obesity Survey Study

AMR-Clinical Chicago Oak Brook is now enrolling adults aged 18 and older who are classified as overweight or obese for an important survey study. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to valuable research while receiving compensation for your time.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or greater OR a BMI of 27 or greater with at least one other weight-related medical condition
• Have started Zepbound treatment within the past 30 days
• Meet other study criteria.

Study Details:

• There are NO onsite visits required; all contact will be conducted via telephone.
• Participants will complete a total of five surveys, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
• For each completed survey, participants will receive $75 as compensation for their time.
